Free in-store pickup. Choose “Pick up” at checkout and select Harlem or the Bronx. Orders are ready in up to 2 hours during store hours — we’ll email you when it’s packed. Bring your order confirmation and a photo ID.

Same-day delivery in NYC. Choose Uber Direct at checkout and a courier brings your order to your door across the five boroughs, usually within hours of ordering during store hours.

Shipping. Everything ships straight from our stores — UPS across the US and DHL international. Orders ship within 1 business day; you’ll get tracking by email and SMS.

Hours & directions

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours, however, the allocation and order processing functions happen within hours. Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be cancelled. Some things that could cause a delay in shipping are:

1. Bad addresses/invalid addresses/missing apartment or suite numbers

2. Allocating inventory from different locations

3. Any edits to addresses or products on an order

4. Fraud clearing service slow to clear higher risk orders

All domestic orders will be fulfilled by UPS or USPS. International
orders are fulfilled by UPS or DHL at the customer's discretion. Once an
order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information by Email
and SMS text.

Please visit our Returns page at the bottom of our website to process a return. You will need to enter the order number and zip code associated with your order and follow the steps.

We will only accept items within 10 days from the delivery of the product. Final sale items such as sale/clearance items and limited releases are not eligible for returns. If you are unsure whether an item(s) you purchased is eligible, please refer to that specific item’s product description.

The returned product must be unused, and packaging must remain intact and undisturbed by external forces. Do not directly apply shipping labels to shoe boxes, as it ruins the product’s integrity. If a shipping label is attached to a shoebox, the item will be obstructed and returned to the sender.

After the return process is completed, the customer will be given a store credit that equals the cost of the item(s) returned. This store credit is valid in-store & online.

SALE/CLEARANCE items and any LIMITED RELEASE products are considered FINAL SALE and will NOT be eligible for return.
