Depending on your location, you may be responsible for customs duties and/or taxes on your order. Please be aware that packages returned due to unpaid duties will be refunded upon receipt, minus any reimportation fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable. In some instances, the cost to return the items to Capsule may exceed the product's value. In such cases, the package may be abandoned without reimbursement. We will contact you before abandoning a package to facilitate payment of duties/taxes, allowing you to retrieve the item(s).
This policy also applies to refused packages. Refusing a package is a buyer's choice, and it's worth noting that most chargeback and PayPal disputes in these situations are successfully defended by our customer service team. We kindly ask for your cooperation in resolving these issues efficiently.
