Our goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase.
Depending on the reason for the return and the condition of the product,
there may be several options available to you.
- If you are unsatisfied with your order, all eligible items can be returned for store credit within 10 days of the original purchase date. Once a return is started, please note that all tags must be attached, the packaging must be intact, and the product must be unused/unworn.
- Items marked or purchased on Sale are Final Sale. There will be no exchanges or returns for items purchased on Sale.
• Refunds for store credit only via an electronic gift card that you can use towards a future purchase. The store credit applied is for the purchase price of the product only and does not include any shipping fees charged for the delivery. The electronic gift cards do not expire and can be used with a discount code.
• You will have 10 days from delivery of your package to file a return claim with customer service.
- Any orders received at our return center that are marked "Return to Shipper" or "Refused" will not be eligible for a refund. Such orders will receive an electronic gift card with the full amount spent minus the shipping fee and/or insurance when the order was placed.
• If a product you receive is damaged during shipment, or is not what you ordered, we can send a replacement. We will provide a prepaid return label for our U.S. customers to retrieve the item. We can not ship out the replacement item until our warehouse receives the item being returned.
• If the item you’d like to return was ordered more than 15 days ago, the item is no longer available for sale, or if the item was purchased using store credit as part of a previous exchange, we cannot accept the return or issue a refund for any reason.
• If the item was purchased at an event, expo or any other special event, we do not accept any returns or exchanges.
• Please note, that ALL items must have their original tags attached, be unworn and unwashed.
