Return Policy

Our primary objective is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase.
Depending on the reason for the return and the product's condition, various options may be available to you.
- Unsatisfactory items can be returned for store credit within 10 days of the original purchase date. Please ensure all tags are attached, the packaging remains intact, and the product is unused and unworn.
  
- Sale items are considered final sale, and no exchanges or returns are accepted for such purchases.
- Customers are responsible for all shipping fees. Once your return is authorized, you'll receive a prepaid shipping label, with the label cost deducted from your store credit balance.
- Refunds are issued in the form of electronic gift cards, applicable only towards future purchases. Store credit covers the product's purchase price, excluding any delivery charges. These gift cards have no expiration date and can be used in conjunction with discount codes.
- Return claims must be filed within 10 days of receiving your package. Orders marked as "Return to Shipper" or "Refused" at our return center are not eligible for refunds but will receive an electronic gift card for the full amount spent, minus shipping and/or insurance fees.
- In the event of shipment damage or incorrect items received, we will send a replacement upon receipt of the returned item. Prepaid return labels are provided for U.S. customers.
- Returns cannot be accepted for items purchased over 15 days ago, items no longer available for sale, or items purchased using store credit from a prior exchange.
- Items purchased at events, expos, or special events are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Please note that all items must retain their original tags, be unworn, and unwashed for returns to be accepted.
