Money aside, The shells are known to bring the luck and to protect the spirit of the wearer, and many tribes use them in spiritual ceremonies. They are a symbol of traditional African spirituality, a tool to help increase fertility, and a gift from the Ocean Goddess (Mami Wata).
In recent years, cowries have taken root in pop culture—with people adorning the shells on instruments, and even hairstyles. We are now using its powerful history and symbolism within our art. Regardless of how the shells are used, one should always keep in mind the significance of the shell and its true spiritual meaning.

Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours, however, the allocation and order processing functions happen within hours. Once an order is in the allocation and processing stage, orders cannot be cancelled. Some things that could cause a delay in shipping are:
1. Bad addresses/invalid addresses/missing apartment or suite numbers
2. Allocating inventory from different locations
3. Any edits to addresses or products on an order
4. Fraud clearing service slow to clear higher risk orders
All domestic orders will be fulfilled by UPS or USPS. International
orders are fulfilled by UPS or DHL at the customer's discretion. Once an
order is shipped, customers will receive tracking information by Email
and SMS text.
Returns and exchanges
Please visit our Returns page at the bottom of our website to process a return. You will need to enter the order number and zip code associated with your order and follow the steps.
We will only accept items within 10 days from the delivery of the product. Final sale items such as sale/clearance items and limited releases are not eligible for returns. If you are unsure whether an item(s) you purchased is eligible, please refer to that specific item’s product description.
The returned product must be unused, and packaging must remain intact and undisturbed by external forces. Do not directly apply shipping labels to shoe boxes, as it ruins the product’s integrity. If a shipping label is attached to a shoebox, the item will be obstructed and returned to the sender.
After the return process is completed, the customer will be given a store credit that equals the cost of the item(s) returned. This store credit is valid in-store & online.
SALE/CLEARANCE items and any LIMITED RELEASE products are considered FINAL SALE and will NOT be eligible for return.
